This book was a fantastic read, and very poignant. The main theme of the novel was incredibly well stated, and the writing style made it interesting as well. You really felt for the characters, even little Algernon. I would recommend this book for anyone and everyone, it has a lot to say.

This made a really really big impression on me. It posed me questions about intelligence and what that means, and science and ethics. My connection to the main character was really strong, and the pivotal point in the book just broke my heart. When I finished it, I really needed some time to let it all sink in and feel the feelings.
