When Fig Coxbury buys a house on West Barrett Street, it's not because she likes the neighborhood, or even because she likes the house. It's because everything she desires is next door: The husband, the child, and the life that belongs to someone else.

(Grade: A+) A story can be about love and relationships and not be romantic in any way and this is Bad Mommy in a nutshell. And what a nutshell it is...Whenever I want something different to read, Tarryn Fisher is my go-to Author. She is an exceptional writer, her stories are so varied and basically just plain f*cked up. This story felt like it could have been based on something that happened to her in real life…I have no clue if it was…but seriously…so cleverly done.
