From bestselling author duo Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff comes the exciting finale in the trilogy that broke the mold and has been called "stylistically mesmerizing" and "out-of-this-world-awesome."
Kady, Ezra, Hanna, and Nik narrowly escaped with their lives from the attacks on Heimdall station and now find themselves crammed with 2,000 refugees on the container ship, Mao. With the jump station destroyed and their resources scarce, the only option is to return to Kerenza--but who knows what they'll find seven months after the invasion? Meanwhile, Kady's cousin, Asha, survived the initial BeiTech assault and has joined Kerenza's ragtag underground resistance. When Rhys--an old flame from Asha's past--reappears on Kerenza, the two find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict. With time running out, a final battle will be waged on land and in space, heros will fall, and hearts will be broken.

(Grade: A+) The Audio of this is fan-freaking-tastic!!! Full Cast Narration is the best. If you haven't started this series yet, then you should. Easily, one of my favorites of all time. Fantastic ending to a fantastic series!!! I cannot wait for their next collaboration, The Andromeda Cycle.

(Grade: A–) The authors deliver a satisfying finale to their intergalactic series, merging the casts from the first two books while introducing a new set of characters with their own stakes in the battle. It's a thrill to watch the heroes go to work, especially when they team up with the trilogy's most memorable voice, that of the artificially intelligent AIDAN. Readers also get an inside look at the villains' empire, though it's odd that the Vadar-esque revelation never turns into anything of consequence.

(Grade: A–) This was a satisfying conclusion to a unique and gripping trilogy that had me racing to the end. The characters from the previous two books finally merge and deal with the fall-out from their actions, and the new characters fit seamlessly. However I struggled to follow the plot at the start of the book, and some of the surprise twists were a bit repetitive. The ending also seemed a bit anti-climactic after 3 books of compiling evidence. Still, I highly recommend this trilogy without hesitation.

(Grade: B) Sadly not my fave of the series. I felt that Rhys was a carbon copy of Ezra and if he wasn't working for the other side he wouldn't have added much more to the story.
